Pole Fitness

Pole fitness classes engage nearly every muscle group, including arms, shoulders, back, core, and legs, providing a comprehensive and effective workout. Holding oneself on the pole, performing spins, and executing various moves, builds significant upper body strength, core stability, and overall muscle definition. Pole dancing involves stretching and holding positions, increasing flexibility and range of motion, over time, potentially reducing the risk of injuries. The dynamic movements and intense routines elevate heart rate, improving stamina, and cardio endurance. Pole Fitness also has mental and emotional benefits, such as boosted self-confidence, stress relief, enhanced body positivity, mindfulness, and focus, an outlet for self-expression, and creativity, and a supportive community!

Benefits: Full body workout, increased strength and muscle tone, improved flexibility, enhanced cardiovascular health, and better coordination and balance.

Who it’s for: anyone at any fitness level.

Duration & Cost: Class duration is 55 min.

What to bring: Please do not wear lotion on your skin, as it will make you slip on the pole, and the lotion can damage the poles. Most clients dress in leggings, with shorts underneath, and a tank top. You need your skin to stick to the Pole. Also, please do not wear rings, bracelets, or necklaces.
