Pole Fitness

Students will learn techniques to help them gain confidence and increase their fitness level with strength, flexibility and stamina. Students will also learn basic pole spins, pole specific strength training, dance transitions and choreography. Combining elements of dance and pole while utilizing low flow pole movements closer to the floor and aerial pole artistry we create edgy, choreographed routines!

Intro /Beginner Pole

This class is designed for individuals who are new to pole or who have taken few classes and still wanting to master the fundamentals. You will learn basic hand grips, spins, floor work and transitions. Individuals will gain confidence on the pole as well as enhance their overall strength.

No experience is necessary! All fitness levels welcome!

Pole Foundations

Pole Foundations is intended for students who have taken at least 4-6 intro/beginner classes. Students will learn technique to help them gain confidence and increase their fitness level with strength, flexibility and stamina. Students will learn basic pole spins, pole specific strength training, dance transitions and choreography.

Intro to Heels

Intro to Heels is a super fun pole workout! You will learn all the basics to pole dance, while wearing heels! Participants must have taken at least 3 intro/beg pole classes before taking this class. YOU MUST HAVE A PAIR OF “PLEASER” HEELS IN ORDER TO TAKE THIS CLASS! PROPER FOOTWEAR IS A MUST! You can purchase Pleaser Heels on their website: www.pleasershoes.com

Pole-Mixed Level

Learn pole technique, spins, tricks and combinations.
Modifications will be given to assist and challenge everyone in their pole journey.
Class is for anyone who has taken at least 6-8 intro/beginner pole classes.

Pole-Low Flow

This class combines elements of dance and pole, utilizing low flow pole movements closer to the floor and aerial pole artistry to create edgy, choreographed routines! You must have previous pole experience to take this class.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga is a beautiful combination of circus silks and a yoga class encompassing the whole body. Aerial Yoga uses a soft fabric hammock that supports and suspends you while doing yoga poses. The innovative program blends the beneficial elements of traditional yoga methodology with the unique conditioning of the aerial arts, incorporating the balancing and stretching components of yoga with the strengthening and exhilarating components of aerial arts. No prior experience needed!

Kids Aerial Yoga

This class is geared for kids 8-13 years old. Aerial Yoga is a beautiful combination of circus skills and a yoga class encompassing the whole body. Aerial Yoga uses a soft fabric hammock that supports and suspends you while doing yoga poses. The  innovative program blends the beneficial elements of traditional yoga methodology with the unique conditioning of the aerial arts, incorporating the balancing and stretching components of yoga with the strengthening and exhilarating components of aerial arts. No prior experience is needed. The class will be geared for the age group.

Cardio & Core

This class is a great way to get a quick cardio and core workout in! It’s perfect to do right after Pilates or Flexibility class! We will be utilizing small weights (2-3lbs), and a plate (2-5lbs)! This class will work at a fairly quick pace in order to get your heart rate up, and sustain it in order to maximize caloric burn! All exercise levels welcome!

Vertical Barre

Instead of using a horizontal barre, this one of a kind class will use the Vertical Pole to offer a new spin on a “ballet barre” class. In this class you will work your entire body by using the Vertical Pole to stabilize and balance, while engaging in classical ballet barre technique. The use of props such as Thera-bands, small weights and balls will be incorporated to create a full body work out! If you’ve ever wanted to create lean, long and strong muscles, while learning ballet technique and terminology, this is definitely the class for you!

Pole-Ates

In this class, we will work the fundamentals of classical mat Pilates, and infusing it with the use of the vertical pole to increase intensity throughout the workout! This class will help to increase core strength, enhance flexibility, improve balance and engage deep muscle groups.

Flexibility

Enhance your flexibility by learning proper technique in stretching properly and safely. Class will show various techniques in stretching for full body flexibility.
